    Best way I can describe Dolce is as a comfort food good traditional choclate and caramel flavors in this blend of espresso. Has a slight medicine taste if your brew temp is too high but with recommended brew temp of 203.5 you have lots of headroom so its easy to avoid. Other people say this blend is tempermental but I find it the easiest by far to get a good tasting cup from.

    Nice quality shot pitcher, hard to find in a 3oz size. Well worth the money.

    I prefer the Dolce for straight espresso but the Vita is delicious in a latte.
