    While the Vita is great in milk drinks, still prefer Dolce since its great all around bean for both espresso and cappuccino.

    After reading about the recent espresso shootout on home barista, and how finicky the Dolce is I had to try it out for myself. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. I liked mine at 202F, 17,5g dose for espresso. Seems more palatable and forgiving in milk drinks. Got my order within 2 days of roast date and love the two separate 1/2 pounds bags that the beans are packaged in.

    Pleasantly surprised at Klatch shipped this product considering I live in the east coast and they are on the west. Got my package 2 days after it was roasted. The beans appear slightly darker then what I am used to but pulls nice rich shots. In milk drinks it helps to up-dose (at least 18gms) to make it stand up to the milk. For me, the best shots came between 7-12 days post roast. Overall, a very respectable espresso.
