MY LATEST REVIEWS

  • DEFINATELY A BLACK TIE BLEND

    Theburton | Sat, 10/15/2011 - 06:29

I know this review has been owing for a while strangely enough with the change of seasons I've been drinking less coffee than usual and it took me a bit to brew up a pot. Now that I have I feel like I should of given this coffee more of a black tie treatment than throwing it through my drip coffee maker. Rich and full boodied without any bitterness. It made me long for a quiet morning and some time alone with a paper, a french press, and some heavy cream. It was a delightfully decadent treat in a copy.

  • THE MOTHER'S DAY GIFT I GOT A THANK YOU FOR

    Theburton | Sat, 08/06/2011 - 07:00

Rarely is my mother impressed with her mother's day gifts. This year however I thought smart and ordered her this fabulous cup. Imagine my surprise when not only did she like it she's still using it (at she claims to). Also as she's notorius for losing coffee mugs she doesn't like this one is a huge win. Definately a present I will be giving to other green coffee/tea lovers, but I think the next one is for me.

  • SOYGO

    Theburton | Sat, 08/06/2011 - 06:54

I won a box of this awhile back and didn't see my review posted. Definately not an intention slight. Overall it serves a purposed individual easy to carry packets of soy creamer hence the 3. It does what it promises to do provides soy goodness on the go. The price is a little bit steep for me as soy is not my go to creamer but all in all it makes the grade.

  • A MIRACLE IN A MUG

    Theburton | Sat, 04/16/2011 - 05:20

It's 3am and I still have to be up for another hours I slept horribly and as much as I don't like to drink coffee in the middle of the night I brewed a pot. What can I say other than it was a miracle in a mug. Most of the time I stick to a darker roaste more along the lines of an espresso but since I won this through roaste.com's spiffy facebook contests for free coffee what did I have to lose? The moment the aroma hit me I started to perk up. Eagerly anticipating my first sip there was as always that moment of hesitation would it be worth all the hype? Would my head still want to hit the keyboard? Happily I can say with it's smooth and mellow flavor I was more than happy to drink my coffee without cream or sugar and that with this blend it would have been criminal to stir in the powdered mystery creamer of doom that was available. In conclusion, I say try it....it's definately approved by me and the price is right.

  • ADVENTURE IN A MUG

    Theburton | Sun, 01/30/2011 - 22:14

What can I say about this coffee? To start with when I opened my box of joy I was really impressed by the simple and direct packaging . The bio of the coffee was well written and direct. The ziploc packaging also a plus. On the coffee overal a mellow pleasant blend personally I prefer somethng a little darker but it was tasty. It also passed my triple cup coffee challenge of can I drink it black, can I drink it with cream and sugar, or use it in a coffee cocktail. If you have read my previous reviews you know I am not a big raver on complexities and cremas. Mostly because I can't tell you if you'll like the coffee based on my taste buds. However this coffee is worth trying and should be embraced by your mug.
