    I took it as a straight espresso. The cup had low acidity, a light crema, and strong buttery & winey notes. Very good.

    Medium-dark roast. I took it as a stright espresso. Nice floral notes, low acidity. Thin body, light after taste. A nice gentel cup. I suspect it will be great for a French press or drip.
