PERFECT FOR A MILD CAPPUCCINO
Brian Clive | Sat, 08/01/2009 - 05:20Trying it both as espresso and cappuccino, I find the espresso to be on the sour side, high acidity. When having it as a cappuccino, the milk make it a very good, mild cappuccino. I prefer my cup with more "punch", which is not reflected in this medium roast coffee.
