Roaste.com has been super to order from, for someone who lives where there is a very limited selection of quality coffee. I have had great customer service with each order, and have always been able to get an answer when needed. Roaste has allowed an amateur coffee drinker to feel like a veteran. Hard to go wrong with quality coffee at a great price; and on top of that expedient delivery! Can't imagine having to get my coffee from the local supermarket now that I have been truly spoiled.

Exceptional coffee! Exceptional service! With the custom subscription plan I get my coffee at just the right time! The flavor is outstanding espresso and the convenience of the pods makes having a double espresso and even cleaning up a breeze! Couldn't be happier. Oh, and the ROASTe representative with whom I spoke on the phone was so patient and helpful as he corrected a mistake I had made and then set me up with what I wanted. Very happy and satisfied customer from New York!

The coffee was just what I expected from roaste.com......a great cup of coffee! I have been using roaste.com for a year now and have been satisfied with how easy it is to order, quick delivery, and how good the coffee is. We regularly have family & friends over and will always get complements on how good our coffee is. Papua New Guinea did not disappoint as it has a good aroma and rich flavor that I enjoyed.

"I order my coffee siphon and it was shipped promptly. When I receive the product there was some damage from shipping. I took some pictures and sent an email off to ROASTe customer support to let them know.
Without question, Scott promptly replied that he would have the replacement part sent out "shortly". The next day he replied again with my tracking number, and 3 days later I was making the best coffee I've ever had with my Yama Siphon Vacuum Pot.
I would highly recommend ROASTe to any of my coffee geek friends and I can't wait to try out some of the exotic coffees they sell from dozens of award winning roasters.

"When I married my Colombian wife several years ago, we honey-mooned in Antioquia. We visited Colombia's Coffee National Park and it was there that I discovered REAL Colombian coffee. It has always been difficult for me to find that quality of coffee here in the U.S., even at the leading coffee shop chain. I used to think that Colombia kept the really good stuff in Colombia and did not export it. I have tried so many different brands of so-called Colombian coffee but when I bought your Colombia Antioquia Reserve dark bean coffee I thought I had died and gone to heaven!! Every morning when I grind your beans I can't resist smelling them and that nearly sends me into ecstasy! It also brings back fond memories of my wife who is no longer here but I will always thank her for introducing me to real coffee.
