"I order my coffee siphon and it was shipped promptly. When I receive the product there was some damage from shipping. I took some pictures and sent an email off to ROASTe customer support to let them know.
Without question, Scott promptly replied that he would have the replacement part sent out "shortly". The next day he replied again with my tracking number, and 3 days later I was making the best coffee I've ever had with my Yama Siphon Vacuum Pot.

"When I married my Colombian wife several years ago, we honey-mooned in Antioquia. We visited Colombia's Coffee National Park and it was there that I discovered REAL Colombian coffee. It has always been difficult for me to find that quality of coffee here in the U.S., even at the leading coffee shop chain. I used to think that Colombia kept the really good stuff in Colombia and did not export it. I have tried so many different brands of so-called Colombian coffee but when I bought your Colombia Antioquia Reserve dark bean coffee I thought I had died and gone to heaven!! Every morning when I grind your beans I can't resist smelling them and that nearly sends me into ecstasy! It also brings back fond memories of my wife who is no longer here but I will always thank her for introducing me to real coffee.
