Product description: The winning coffee from the 2011 U.S. Brewers Cup Championship. Pronto's head roaster, Andy Sprenger, brewed this coffee using a Beehouse pourover method. This is a beautiful coffee from the Kochere District of the Borena Zone in southern Oromia. This area, whose main source of income is from coffee farming, hosts several community services, including a health center and high school.
