I'm crazy about coffee.

For a decent cup of home coffee, I've tried every method under the sun from french press to stove-top espresso, with coffees from all over the U.S. I've and driven miles out of my way to see a roaster I've heard about, whether in Jackson WY or Salt Lake City UT. I've even roasted my own coffee at home, using a popcorn air popper (don't ask...but it works great). I even purchased a hand grinder for coffee because I heard that electric grinders generate heat that alters the coffee taste. Every cup of coffee is an adventure for me. I'm constantly on the search for better ingredients, grinding methods, preparation techniques and equipment. That's why I'm a co-founder of ROASTe.com.
