Cold Brew Tutorial
Here are the Chazzano Coffee coffees that you can use for cold brewing:
Ethiopia Washed Sidamo: Has luscious notes of chocolate and tart cherries. Even though it is against my coffee religion to put milk in coffee, with a splash of cream, the cherry notes explode upon the palate.
Ethiopia Harrar Vienna Roast: The blueberries just pop into your mouth with the Cold Brew method with a fine finish of dark chocolate and pipe tobacco.
Nicaragua Maragogype Las Segovias, French Roast: You'll experience fine notes of walnut shells and orange citrus. You won't hate dark roasts after pouring this awesome coffee over ice.
Guatemala FTO: This coffee is overflowing with honey sweetness and chocolate graham cracker notes.
