Summer Recipe: Iced Tiramisu Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso, cooled or substitute 2 cups quality iced coffee
  • 1 scoop good quality Vanilla Ice Cream or Fresh Whipped Cream
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Amaretto (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Make your espresso and set aside to cool or pour your ice coffee in a large glass
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and pour over espresso
  3. Add a small splash of amaretto if desired
  4. Then, add one scoop soft ice cream and shake quickly, until frothy
  5. Strain into a large glass and top with a sprinkling of unsweetened cocoa powder
