Summer Recipe: Iced Tiramisu Coffee

Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso, cooled or substitute 2 cups quality iced coffee
- 1 scoop good quality Vanilla Ice Cream or Fresh Whipped Cream
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Amaretto (optional)
- Ice cubes
Directions
- Make your espresso and set aside to cool or pour your ice coffee in a large glass
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and pour over espresso
- Add a small splash of amaretto if desired
- Then, add one scoop soft ice cream and shake quickly, until frothy
- Strain into a large glass and top with a sprinkling of unsweetened cocoa powder
