Summer Recipe: Iced Coffee Slush
Iced Coffee Slush by screader
Ingredients
- Coffee (Darker roast)
- Half and half, optional
- Sugar and/or other flavorings, optional
Directions
- Brew a pot of coffee double strength
- Add half and half, sugar, flavorings, if desired. (half as much as you'd use for hot)
- Let cool
- Freeze, stirring every hour to make it turn into a slush
- Bring to temperature where the slush begins to melt
- Stir again to blend the frozen parts with the melting parts
- Serve in glasses
On any day when the temp exceeds 90 f, this will hit the spot.
